How do I order?
We are happy to accept orders by telephone, fax, email, internet, or if you prefer call into our showroom.
What Product do you stock?
As part of the 'Office Friendy' buying group we have overnight access to over 22000 stocked lines.
If the product is not right can I return it?
We are happy to accept returns if you are unhappy with your purchase providing you inform us with 14 days of reciept and they are unused complete with the original packaging. We are sorry but we are unable to accept returns of 'Ink Jet' or 'Laser' cartridges if they have been opened.
When can I expect delivery?
Deliveries of ex stock items are normally 'Next Day'. Items on the North East Coast are usually delivered by our own fleet of delivery vehicles. Nationwide delivery services are provide by a carrier and are despatched from our central warehouse.
What payment terms do you offer?
We accept payment by all major credit / debit cards, cash or you can apply for a 30 day credit account. The application form is available for download elswhere on this site.

Do you offer any services or product not found on your website?
No website can offer all the services companies provide. We try to ensure that the majority of products are listed but if you do not see what you require please do not hesitate to call or email us and we will try our very best to help.
What Warranty and repait facilities do you offer?
All the products we suppply are supported by at least the manufactuers 12 month warranty. In addition we do employ qualified service technicians for the repairs and service of electronic office products.
